Polish Shopper: Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28 September 2026. App: Polish Shopper (Android package pl.tomasz.shopper).

Short version: Polish Shopper collects no personal data and sends nothing anywhere. It has no ads, no accounts, no analytics and no third-party SDKs, and it does not even ask Android for internet access. Your progress and settings are kept on your device.

In this policy, "we" means Tomasz Software, the developer of Polish Shopper.

What the game keeps on your device

The game saves two files in its private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read:

• Progress: the stars and best time of each level you have won, which hazard cards, mini-game instructions and tips you have already seen, the trolley colour and shopper look you picked, and the products recently put on your shopping lists together with how many lists have been dealt, so that the next list is a different one.
• Settings: sound volumes, language, controls, and the gameplay options you changed.

Neither file contains anything about you: no name, email, contacts, photos, location, advertising ID or device identifiers.

How to delete it

• Clear Progress in Options, on the Game tab, deletes all of the progress above after you confirm. Your settings stay.
• Clearing the app's storage in your device's settings, or uninstalling the game, deletes both files.

Network use

The app has no internet permission, so it cannot make network connections of any kind. It shows no ads, contains no analytics, crash reporting or other third-party SDKs, and downloads nothing. We receive no data from the game at all.

Google Play

Google Play installs and updates the game under Google's own terms and privacy policy, which cover anything Google collects itself, such as crash reports from devices whose owners have allowed them. The game sends nothing to Google or to us.

Device backup

The game opts out of Android's backup to your Google account, so its progress and settings are not copied there. On some phones with Android 12 or newer, a direct device-to-device transfer to a new phone can still copy the game's files along with your other apps. That copy is made by Android between your own devices; we have no part in it and no access to it.

Permissions

The app requests no Android permissions: no internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications, and it declares no advertising ID.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access and delete personal data about you and to complain to a data protection authority. In Poland, that authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Because the game sends us nothing, we hold no data about you from it, and what it keeps on your device is yours to delete as described above.

Children

The game does not ask for anyone's age, has no ads or accounts, and collects no data from anyone, children included. It is suitable for general audiences.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated and the updated version published at this same location before the change takes effect.
